remove the calls to source the mime.tcl etal files as we renamed them to -procs.tcl and theyget sourced on server startup. Remove clipping the last line of the mime encoded file sinceit seems spurious afaict. send only a quoted-printable version of the html message notan additional base64 encoded one.
