Made sure we are passing the to variable to the email sending part in contacts. Additionally do not check fro mailing address or email address unless we are certain we send a letter or an email.
Fix the case where a short answer (textbox, not textarea) question wasimported as multiple choice. I am not sure this ever worked, but itworks now with open question, short answer, multiple choice (radio andcheckbox).
