Changes from arch/CVS synchronization

- Memory leak fix inspired by Tilmann's patch. This patch however also

releases the RDF and XSL trees when either one couldn't be

parsed. Tilmann's patch works when the XSL transformation is

successful but would fail on deleting the DOM trees when the

transformation failed.

- Modified fm_check_permission so that it also works for ... Hmm, I

forgot in which case it failed.

Added oacs-dav to modules

- Fixed random photo query. Split in two queries. One to select a

random photo across all photo albums and another for a random photo

from a single package or a specific photo.

- Random photo includes now accept a photo_id, package_id or a url. If

a photo_id is provided then that photo will be displayed. Otherwise

a random photo will be selected. See comments in random-photo.tcl

for details.

- Added database field length checks.

Fixed display of URLs that are broken up into 50 character chunks. Each chuck used to start with the last character of the previous chunck.

Under the right circomstances a single partial order can fill the entire order. Modified code to reflect this.

- Add IRC logs in reverse order so that the newest log is at the top of the page.

- Add 'current' link to latest IRC log at the top of the page.

- Add 'current' link to irc-logger for links from other sites to the latest log.

- Update documentation.
