- Fix bugs 1491, 1653 (on PG at least)

- Defaults all folders to the closed state

- Fix to allow un-registered users to open/close folders

- Makes session_id negative when used interchangeably with user_id so it does

not collide with user_id

I've changed "timestamp" to "timestamptz" and have begun fixing some

code that used to be legal but as of PG 7.3 is not. You can no longer

subtract an integer from a timestamp but must cast to date, "timestamp"

disappeared (must use "interval" now), "datetime" disappeared ("timestamptz"),

and suchwhat.

Not done but closer than it was before ...

Applied patch #315 for SDM # 1595 from Peter Marklund: Can't delete bookmark in PG

Added code to make use of David Walker's wonderfully abusive hack on the

pg_proc table that showed me how to write recursive SQL functions. We now

have good use of the index on tree_sortkey when climbing the tree, woo-hoo!

  1. … 18 more files in changeset.

Changed the representation of tree_sortkeys from "text" to "bit varying".

  1. … 62 more files in changeset.

Fixed folder toggle to show/hide bookmarks under folders...

Update to return type (integer to varchar) for bookmark__name

Hmmm. Methinks an index on bm_bookmarks.tree_sortkey might help with the performance issues...*grin*

Fixed error in bookmarks__new; context_id was not being set in acs_objects for all bookmarks -- added dead links checking

  1. … 7 more files in changeset.
