Applied Tilmann Singer's patch #151 which fixes sloppy HTML in this package.

Added some hacks for dotLRN events that might be useful elsewhere. I'm not

*too* worried about hacking in this style since this package needs to be

entirely rewritten except for the graphics!

fix bug in calendar_public_p

Removed Arsdigita refs

when a private calendar has a name (e.g. "user foo's personal calendar") the

name is shown instead of just "Private"

Removed old list_calendars query that queried the acs_perms tables directly.

Using permission_p instead since it automatically check rel_segments. Needed

for dotlrn.

Just added and "s" to the word calendar. Makes more sense.

Changed the representation of tree_sortkeys from "text" to "bit varying".

First round of speedups for verious permissions issues. Key finding is that

the all_object_party_privilege_map is speedy in PostgreSQL and apparently in

Oracle, as well (having re-read some of the optimization threads).
