Added in time estimates for tasks, parameter to specify whether or not to use minimum and maximum time estimates or not, denormalized columns for projects on status, took out start date for tasks.
Added in data model for task and project assignments. Took out project_name from pm_projects_revisions table -- it is now in cr_revisions.title. Added in a sequence for project IDs.
