If you are upgrading from a previous version (4.x) of payment-gateway, be sure to re-install payment-gateway (in /acs-admin/apm disable and uninstall, then restart server, install as a fresh package, restart server again, then go to acs-service-contracts to install bindings, then restart server again), because the payment-gateway service contracts have changed, and an upgrade script is not yet available.
