OpenACS Internationalization Utilities. Routines for manipulating Locales,
request processor hooks, templating, message catalog, and
locale-specific formatting functions.
This package contains a patch script which must be applied to ACS 4.1b installations. The patch script is in the
package/acs-lang/ACS4.1b-PATCHES directory
and must be run manually from a shell. See the README file
in that directory for details.
