Ticket Tracker: Big Picture

The ticket tracker allows people to track project issues with full history management, assignment, and resolution tracking.

Each project is managed by a team of people, and anyone on the team can enter issues into the system. These issues (and the project as a whole) will only be visible to the members of the team. Once an issue is entered, a member with internal permissions will be allowed to edit the issue and assign it to another internal member of the team. The assignee can then declare the issue to be fixed, after which a team member with administrator privileges will be able to mark the issue as truly closed.
